I hope he’s not dissing the Twingo and certainly not the Mk1 Twingo. That was an awesome little car. The Mk2 you have is equally as great though the Mk2 ‘facelift’. Looks like its mother was attacked by a Nissan Juke.

The mark 1 is better looking than mine, especially in blue.
Yeah my Twingo was parked next to a facelift model at the dealer and I certainly wasn’t a fan of the facelift. Although I do like the Juke...

Don’t worry, he’s not much more acquainted with a Twingo than the far side of the moon.

I’m split on which is better of the Mk1 and the Mk2. The Mk1 was the forerunner and very agile while the Mk2 is a better package and more up to date version with lessons learned from the Mk1. I like that you can move the rear seats forward from the boot if you need that bit more space rather than arse around with dropping seats or reaching through the cabin from a door. Either way, you’ve still got a great little car.

The mk2 has an above average interior for the class, but low spec ones (like mine) don’t get the clever sliding rear seats, just a fixed bench that folds flat.
I havent driven a MK1 but I think it at least looks better, the gigantic head lights on my car really kill the looks.

Ouch, sorry man. Thought they all came with the rear sliding seats.
Still I think I prefer yours more.

Actually I kinda like the Twingo! But why is there a FAN CLUB?! It’d be like making a fan club for lamps or something. It’s a neat little car but I wouldn’t want to, like, go to a meetup.

I have no idea haha. I assume it’s just a forum with an unfortunate name, like most people just call it an owners club and for some reason these guys decided to go with fan club.
Or maybe theyre just really strange people who sleep in a nest of Renault Twingo stuffed toys looking up at a printed ad demonstrating the various seat configurations.
