I want to say Ukrainian from the flag on the front but then again, 'IMELIK' is Estonian for 'weird'. Definitely from out east and not Sweden.

The thing is, those tyres just SCREAM somewhere close to Russia, the guys next to the car don't look Scandinavian and Ukraine hosted the World ice fishing championship (or something) a few years ago.

Edit: I was wrong.. Just saw the license plate.. it reads Imelik 1, that means Strange 1 in Estonian..

Turns out I was wrong.. it was not Ukraine.. It's Estonia.. For some reason I did not notice the plate on the front. It says Strange 1 in Estonian, so I guess you were closer with the whole "Sweden" thing. :)
