since they still sell it in Europe as the Fiat Sedici.
They should either sell the Sedici as-is, or rebadge it as Dodge Sedici.
It's easily the best Fiat ever made.

How come? Because it's not a Fiat? It actually is (shared development). It has since been discontinued, probably because it didn't sell. The second gen SX4 is Suzuki-only, Fiat replaced the Sedici with the 500X.

It sold pretty well up here in Vermont. I see SX4s around here all the time.
