That's kind of awesome. I love the crazy digital dashes.
In googling to find an image of an Opel Manta dash which I recently saw, I found an entire website dedicated to the crazy digital dashboards. OMFG!

Haha I also have a pretty terrible sleep schedule. Usually I go to bed at 2 or 3 AM, and on school days my alarm goes off at 8:41.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you shouldn't get one with the digital dash, cool as they are. They're incredibly unreliable and a bitch to fix. (Got to tear out the entire dash, and it will be all squeaky and never fit quite right again) So the normal gauges are fine.
There's also the T3 vs T25 turbos, the different bodies, LSDs and differentials, etc. I think the ideal one for performance is the 1986-1987 with the european cams and an intercooler, which can hit a safe and reliable 300HP.
If you need help parsing out specifics, I know a lot about the Z31 and have quite a few links I can send your way.
