If Audi had done differentials like they do now and like Subaru has done in the WRX/STi, I would've been a lot happier with mine in the snow.
Otherwise, half the time it just felt like glorified FWD.
On the other hand, I seem to remember Audi having a controllable quattro system back in the early days ... I think?
