Brackets for the oil cooler :) Tucked neatly behind the front crossmember away from stones, but the speed-holes I drilled should provide a decent amount of airflow once I've added in some screens to direct airflow :)

Just out of curiosity, are you using the original engine, or swapping it for something else?

I'm swapping out the 1.3l I4 for the injected 2.5l I6 from a TR6 (with some porting and a trick manifold) :) fits in with GT6 mounts and some massaging of a GT6 crank.

You can run 2.5ls through a GT6 gearbox, but that can't cope with the torque of a tuned engine so I've welded on some mounts for a beefier TR gearbox :)

Should be great fun when it's done :)

What tool do you use to roll the edge of the holes like that? I've been trying to figure that out for my Datsun for a while now and cant find anything other than the flange tools, which don't really do the same thing.

You might know, is the Isuzu diesel swap kit for the Range Rover Classic pretty simple to do? The kit is from the UK.

Alas it's not something i have any experience in..

I'd hazard a guess that as there's a kit it's fairly straightforward, but any engine swap will be a decent amount if work...

It's called a swage dimple tool :) you can get little hole cutting tools that punch a hole, and then these clamp on and press the flange in :) i got a set of both cheaply off ebay :)

Yeah, I would think that too, just thought maybe you knew someone who might have done it :P
