Nice fieros are usually picked up pretty quickly, or not sold in the first place.
Those owners that have nice Fieros, and MR2s also, know that there isn't much else like that, and nothing likely coming in the near future.
So they don't get rid of them. They are likely paid-off, and aren't worth much for resale value... so it is almost easier just to keep them.
And they probably have the names of half a dozen people who have made standing offers to buy the cars, if they ever do want to sell... it never has to be listed.

Somebody reposted here a while back a survey of a Fiero forum regarding how many Fieros they owned, and there were a large number of *more than 3*. So large, in fact, that people purportedly owning more than two Fieros *just on that forum* account for something like 5-10% of all remaining Fieros or something like that. I did the math on it at the time - mindboggling.

Go for the '88 or bust due to the suspension update that GM may or may not have taken from Lotus while it was still under their ownership. IMO, find one without a targa or sunroof.

Yes I did see that one. It is pretty tempting and blue is even my favorite color

Do the research, make sure it did get the suspension update and not just the GT-trim cars, and decide if you should buy a potential project car or not.

They really are. I just bought a GTO to replace it. I love the GTo, but the low power nibleness and size of the Fiero I miss when I am on slow twisties.

It'll be back on the road someday...In the meantime though, the devilish scheming continues.
