The duo have opened up a shop in California, and they start off the new shop with the iconic Pontiac GTO. However, nothing is as easy at it seems, and will the new USA venture be a boon.....or a bust?

Ok, which GTO are they working on here? The coolest Pontiac GTO's were the 1965-1967 models.

Nooo! I enjoy the show for the European cars; there are other shows that restore American cars.

I guess they're catering to the British audience :-(

You obviously missed the episodes where Mike goes to "Freedom Land" to buy "Freedom Land Cars" to take them back to "Free Healthcare/TV Taxes Land" and sells them to his fellow countrymen for monies.

I've seen them, and thought they were an aberration. However, they were still doing the restoration in England in those episodes, and selling them in the UK.

Buying, restoring and selling the vehicles in the US is no different from watching a US show. No more talk of MOT stickers and pounds. All you're left with are the accents.

I'm watching it, but I'm not excited. One of the things I loved about Wheeler Dealers was the cars they were getting. It'd been going downhill for a while with all the US imports, but now to just move to the US and the first car is a muscle car, just going to be like every other damned car fix show

I am in LA and am unable to view the video above, that's why I asked what model GTO they are working on. I get a "playback has been disabled by the video owner" message.
