"Jake - Has Bad Luck So You Don't Have To" (murdersofa)

Your financial statement looks like this.
What's funny is that 90% of that "auto and transport" category is just gas and insurance. I spend fuck-all on actual parts for the things.
Side note: If I wanted to buy the Murdersofa off of my dad and transfer it to my own insurance and register it to me, sign over the title, etc. how much do you all think I should offer for it? 230,000 miles 2000 LeSabre with no ABS, traction control, security system, and a ridiculous amount of squeaks and rattles.

I always assumed the murdersofa was already yours after you murdersofa'd it but I guess it's not after all.

His Dad is pretty chill it seems, because I'm almost positive that my Dad would have kicked my ass if I had done that to his truck.

It will be the insurance that will kill you. Even under my parents name having me and my sister on a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix a few years ago ended up being $2400 a year.

I mean, my Ranger is still in my dad's name. He was mildly annoyed with the first decal I stuck on the dash (Yes I'm that type, but only on the dash where it won't impede with the airbag and only ones relevant to the truck, i.e. parts and tools) but now he lets me do whatever I want to it since I pay for everything and it will eventually be transferred to my name

Allowing me to fuck with it was my dad's way of apologizing that my first car was stereotypical and very BEIGE grandma car in a school full of Scion FRSes and Mustang GTs and Porsche 944s, 914s, Cadillac STS, etc. At first it was 'make sure it can be easily put back to stock' but then I was kind of allowed to go hog wild. Honestly I could pretty easily put it back to a mostly-stock looking condition, but I like it this way a bit better.

I'm paying $65 a month on teh Civic on my insurance right now. I need to contact progressive and see how much it would cost to put the Buick on there as well.

One dollar. You've done enough to the car, and does he even want it? No.
