Ribeye as a big as a dinner plate with cheesy mashed potatoes, and asparagus with mushrooms for dinner? Sure, why not. ^_~ Also, that was the smallest ribeye my butcher had, because Texas. Yeehaw! So how's your Easter going, Oppo?

My wife cooked up a ham and asparagus, and my mom made her deviled eggs & applesauce. Yumm. Both my kids are sick, so no big family meal, I took some ham & asparagus over to my parents, and they gave me the eggs and applesauce. I do love me some spiral sliced ham though. Enough for some sandwiches for the rest of the week.

We cleaned the whole house, took care of some errands, and I made some glazed ham and mixed veggies and put out a Gouda platter paired with a nice Cab. Pulled a fuse to leave the Camaro's dual-mode exhaust on loud all the time and hit 300 miles on the odometer :)

Mine did that some years ago, not that it was ever hyper fast to begin with. I still don't care, lol. I cooked that sucker in pure butter and then used the drippings for the asparagus. :D

You know nothing else about me other than that I'm not a vegetarian. Maybe you should stop ascribing stereotypes to me and other women, eh?

Bro, just no. At least, where I come from, steak is good and enjoyed by everyone, because that is how it is done. Steak is one of those great foods, like all other foods, that has a greatness that transcends gender boundaries and lifts the devourer into a higher plane of existence.

I spent my Easter with family at my brother's place. We all went to a small restaurant near Hatfield, Pa . I consumed a burger known as The Hatfield. A 1/2 lb burger topped with a fried egg, pork roll and two slices of American cheese. It was good day.

We did a balsamic glazed bone in NON-spiral ham , potatoes Anna and made a German coffeecake that is not as sweet as US tastes dictate for dessert. A nice red wine, and coffee after. We flaked out and spent the day binge watching Once Upon a Time, season 1.
