So you fixed your gas cap? Bought a Land Rover? Or you stopped driving your kids to their swimming lessons?

Replaced the gas cap and cleared the CEL by unplugging the battery. The cap was $44 + tax from the dealer.
And next week, I'm going to use the VW to take the kids to swimming. I couldn't handle the stress of a 3rd "surprise" in Longueuil...

Well, the last time we had it serviced the garage suggested that we should install a new rear main seal... most likely it'll blow out on the bridge and leak dirty motor oil into the river.
That would be great.
