Airs May 7 at 10pm on History, and he posted a promo for the show earlier today.

I like Rutledge. He's an enthusiastic car guy, and I'm happy to see that History gave him another show.

Here's the preview.

During the beginning of the preview, there were brief little shots of his co-host. I swear to god, I thought it was Keith Stone, the always smooth spokesperson for Keystone Beer.

A few seconds later, I realized his name was George, not Keith, and looked him up. He happens to be an award winning music !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! as well as producing the intro to Monday Night Football for over 25 years.

I felt bad for a second. "Look at me," I said. "I can't believe I thought that all long haired, bearded, trucker-hat wearing people looked the same. That's insensitive." I Googled Keith Stone, just so I could prove to myself that I wasn't being shallow.

Then I found this.

And compared it with this.

And I don't feel so bad anymore.

I'll tune in.

With the exception of Vikings, the History channel has really gone to shit. I just wish they would go ahead and call themselves the "rednecks doing things channel" and get it over with.

Does the preview/show mention that Rutledge is from the South? He's from the South, if you didn't know.

P.S.: He's from the southern region of the United States.

Everything I Learned from the US Version of Top Gear is that Rutledge Wood is from the South
