just why?
In other news, I kinda want a T bird Turbo Coupe, but I know I'd occaionally be kicking myself for owning such a big car with only two doors.
but just look at that interior.

Because its made for these people. They don't care and they buy cars by the millions …. play it safe for that safe money.

Why bother self-recriminating? If you like the T-bird Turbo Coupe... go for it. Think of it as a fancy Mustang SVO.
A Fox-based T-bird is not that big of a car, anyway.
Look at some of the 70's full-size coupes, if you want to talk about big.
And Sedans are boring, because they are sedans. And because the people who buy sedans tend to want tradition (I am sure there is a fiddler on the roof reference somewhere there...) over anything else.
But there are a few attempts at creating sport sedans that aren't so boring, to mixed levels of success, some good, others just appearance.
Anymore, I am of the opinion that if it has a trunk lid, I am just not that interested anymore.
Coupes should be lift-back hatches... and gorgeous. They have no excuse not to be... yet they are almost unavailable new... unless you spend money for a Porsche, Jag, or Aston V8, or a Corvette.
Otherwise, compared to a boring sedan, why not get more versatility out of a CUV, if all boring is equally boring.

Buy a Turbo Coupe, you will not regret it. Even the non-intercooled ones are awesome and just a cheap FMIC and a Holset away from greatness. The intercooled ones are cool beyond words.

GET THAT T-BIRD.
The Turbo Coupes are hard to find. Hell, a clean 9th gen in general is hard to find.

I'm anti-sedan. I have never owned one, and am not planning to. I'd rather have the utility of a wagon/crossover/truck or the looks and performance of a coupe/convertible. There are many awesome sedans out there though, so I'm not judging anybody else's preference!

I think you switched up the labeling there, unless you subscribe to my belief that cheaper cars are always more fun because you aren't as afraid of hurting them.

The wagon is cool for sure. But wagons do nothing for me. I even prefer the sedan over the coupe.

I will concede that this is one example when the sedan does look better than the two door.
