I don't know if I'm going insane but I like a Scion that isn't the tC or FR-S! I think it has to do with the fact that it's cheap and cheerful while being (most likely) a blast to drive with its Mazda underpinnings. It's not the most practical looking car, but it just looks so fun to drive!
Maybe when I go to New York this Saturday I can somehow convince my parents to let me trade my Pilot in (pretty please) for one of these, or even a Mazda 2 hatch (if it isn't really expensive). I really, really need to have a small sporty car in my life, not some cumbersome SUV, it's so painful ugh.

Both the iA and the iM seem perfectly acceptable, and even somewhat fun. Seems like people just want to heap shit on anything Toyota does anymore. It's tiring to listen to.

I agree with you, in fact some of Toyota's recent designs (Camry comes to mind) look really good, almost JDM like in a way. I may disagree with you on the iM, well in terms of fun factor as reviews of the european Auris have called it bland, but it still looks like it'll be a practical hatch. I know my family friend may want to give the iM a look since the lease on her xD is ending in Novemberish.

I like the current Corolla. I have to take my 500 to the body shop tomorrow, and I kind of hope I get a Corolla for the rental. It looks good, and it has to be better than the last generation (which was awful to drive).

In S trim, it really does, especially in that blue they offer it with. My grandparents got rid of their '09(?) because they said it rode horribly. They replaced it with a '14 Camry.
