Ridden the offroad ones. Can confirm: awesome.

Haha chicago does tours but I have yet to see the off road ones Availible for tours

Clark's Trading Post in New Hampshire lets you ride them for free but you just kind of do a small lap. Like 100 feet down and 100 feet back and you do that like 5 times before you get back off. You can go again, but they just do it that way to give others a turn.

About the only way you can hoon them to the point of tire slip is hauling back on them - braking hard. Trying to accelerate hard enough to break them loose - I dunno. Didn't seem to be easy or safe on grave when I tried. Sharp turns at speed are hard. They're quite fun, though.
