Gather 'round ye automotive and geography nerd have I got a list for you. Here's a collection of every car named after a specific place. On the maps blues = American manufacturers (dark blue GM, blue Ford, light blue Chrysler) white = Japanese, Red = Italian, Orange = Spanish, Yellow = South Korea, Green = English.

There's also the Audi Ur which everybody knows is named after the ancient Sumerian city.

It's interesting to note almost all the names are in North America and Europe. There's a few exceptions with Amazon and Rio in South America, Ford's Everest or Subaru's Outback. Perhaps there's more that I'm not aware of from developing car industries. Also the US market is were the majority of these names are sold, it seems most European models are more alphanumeric. A few names are so great they get used multiple times, Sebring, Monte Carlo, Le Mans.

I'm sure I missed a few, what else is there? (with the parameters: no concepts, proper names/no generics) There's quite a few that are close but not quite proper place names (Toyota Sienna/Vienna, GMC Acadia, GMC Sierra). I was generally thinking models and not trim levels but some might apply (like GMC's Denali, but I opted to not include Jeep's Sahara)
