Now that the shock of Clarkson's bombshell departure have passed and we are all out of tears how about we discuss some other car shows besides Top Gear that are worth watching?
One of my top favorite new shows is Motor Trend's Roadkill. How can you not enjoy watching couple of guys wearing flip flops do an engine swap in a parking lot of a shopping mall and then drive across the country right after it's finished? Roadkill is free to watch on !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
In the second spot is
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Reasons why I like it - Simple. Jay has one of the biggest car collections in the world
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
with some very unique cars in mint condition which you don't get to see up close anywhere else.
In third spot is Top Gear USA. Hate it all you want, I know I did...still do. Never the less it's still a decent show if you just want some entertainment and likely the best remaining Top Gear.
Forth spot goes to

If you don't know why RCR is on this list, go on Youtube and watch the videos.
I am only listing four shows because those are the only car shows that I watch besides the original Top Gear which is now apparently dead. What are some of your favorites?
JawzX2, Boost Addict. 1.6t, 2.7tt, 4.2t

car shows I enjoy watching besides Top Gear:
1) Things with Chris Harris in them.
2) Things with James May in them
3) Sometimes Jay Leno.

TGUSA is still dead to me after Season 2. If I wanted to watch reality TV, I'd be better off watching Shark Tank. :p
Now that Top Gear is "le killed", all I have left is /Drive, Chris Harris, RCR, Saabkyle04, and Motor Week. I would have Fifth Gear had Velocity kept the reruns on the air. -_-

1) Roadkill- it's not even close I love this show.
2) Wheeler Dealers- Yeah it's cheesy but the car advice is genuinely good and they work on some cool stuff.
3) Jay Lenos Garage- His enthusiasm is infectious, good relaxed watching.
4) Hot Rod Garage- Roadkill but a bit less crazy and more tech advice.
I also like dirt every day and ignition on occasion, sometimes I watch some Drive stuff but not often. I like Tuerck'd and Drift Garage. I used to watch Fast n Loud sometimes but it just grates with me now.

Wheeler Dealers, RCR, Jay Leno's. Though honestly they all pale in comparison to true TG*!
*USA TG is not TG!!!

I have a problem with Leno yes he has a huge car collection but he just doesn't seem like a true gearhead to me. I watch his videos and I'm like "you did not know that???" when it's something 90% of us would know right of the hop. It's like he buys car because they are a cool thing to collect but not because he actually cares for cars. I'm not even sure if the guy knows how to do an oil change. but it's ok because he has people for that.
To me Tim Allen will always be a much truer gearhead.

Comedians in cars getting coffee. It's not in my list because it's weird. Too much talking, not enough car stuff.

I freaking LOVE Roadkill. I like it just as much as Tog Gear. Wheeler Dealers is also pretty darn cool.

For me it came alive after season 2 because they stopped trying to be a carbon copy of the original. Much more enjoyable that way because with how it was initially done it seemed very watered down. Didn't help with the fact they even did all the same exact challenges as the UK version.

I can't get past what a jerk I find Jay Leno to be. He's just not likeable, and not in that loveable way the Jeremy Clarkson is not likeable. Leno is just a terd. IMHO

I also like Wheeler Dealers, but their profit margins are hilarious. They'll put what must be 40 or 50 hours of work into a car to make $800.

I personally really like David Patterson, also known as "ThatDudeinBlue" on youtube. Not so much a show, he usually sticks to vlogs, reviews of insanely modified, personalized, and obscure cars, and extremely well-done short films of meets, trips, and shows. Here's a fun one, featuring the most-unique S13 I've ever seen. Other reviews include everything from a 1000+ horsepower Evo IV to Miatas, to a Turbo Honda hatch, to a hearse, and just about anything in between you can think of.

Exactly. Its a great show and really enjoyable, but barely can be called a "car" show.

The Smoking Tire's one-takes have recently hooked me in. They're good :) Roadkill is my absolute favourite though.
