At grade railway crossings on the freeway. I really really really hate this crossing. It is unsafe.
New video that can actually be played back on site:

That's a thing!?
Holy crap! That. Is. A. Thing.
Can't say as I've ever experienced one of those, but i think "unsafe" is an understatement.

I can't blame you. I really hate crossing it. I am always scared I am going to be ploughed into the train by a trucker not paying attention and then making me a sandwhich :(

Are there any traffic controls on that crossing? I didn't see any lights or anything in the video.
I have only seen one of those and it was in Mexico. Our driver got onto the freeway leaving the airport and once he was almost at speed traffic slowed and stopped for no apparent reason. Then he looked both ways and drove across the railroad tracks.

Much safer than the one in Mexico. That one had signs and paint markings on the road but there were definitely not any lights.

This track is an industrial spur and has things on either side where they need access so a rail bridge is not practical. However was it practical is making the highway bridge over the railway tracks. Since there is an exit right at the tracks, you'd have to make really long exit lanes so the traffic could back up because the exit lanes would still have to do the crossing but the main highway wouldn't. They would then have to take the nearby road overpass and make that an underpass.
Check it out!

Hey, can you rejoin the Oppositelock league on igp? It is okay if you leave it there. When you left, the promotion zone disappeared in the Pro tier, and we desperately need it back.

hey, thanks for putting your account back in the league. Take care of your affairs and tend to the more important things, we will still be here when you are ready to return. <3 thanks again Boss!

That is pretty crazy on what we'd in the U.K. would call a dual carriageway, which usually carries a higher rate of speed and if the speed in lane one is reduced or comes to a stop then people jump into lane two to get passed it (similar to how everyone behaved in the first video you posted a link to). Not to mention no barriers and the time it takes for one of those trains to clear the crossing only encourages people to try and beat the train to the crossing.

It's very dangerous in my opinion. It's a wonder there aren't a lot more accidents. There are lights though to warn you thank god.

The link you posted at the top of the page was very dangerous as cars and trucks were swerving to avoid the stationary vehicles.
