I can't imagine he wouldn't be if Hammond's posting about it. Given his and May's stance on doing the show without him, if it wasn't Jezza, then he'd have posted something like "New Top Gear hosts to be announced at 15:00 (GMT)"

It's gotta be Jezza. They just announced last night that ticket sales for Top Gear Live in Norway will continue to sell and everything is staying as billed, with Clarkson as the host of the show there. Granted, he has separate contracts with the BBC and BBC Worldwide, but if his contract with the BBC is terminated, then that terminates the BBC Worldwide contract as well. So, all things point to his return and many jokes about the whole situation.
