It should be 82% where I am. It's not very noticeable. It's around 90% in Lapland.

Question? Question!! What has been the Finnish reaction to all this Russian agression? Does Finland feel endangered? Are you guys building up your army or do you think Russia wouldn't dare touch you?

We've been cautious of Russia even before we were independent nation :). The recent actions of Russia have brought up some fears and for example the old nato question is more relevant than it has been for a while but I think overall we aren't too scared, just increasingly cautious. After all there is a difference between Russian attitudes towards former USSR countries and attitudes towards other European countries.

We have compulsory military service and it's that's not going to be changed anytime soon. It's too small and ill equipped to fight Russia though and we will most likely be screwed without outside help if Russia decides to attack.

You should absolutely come to Finland someday.
