Disco Volante for your time.
Okay, so lately my car has had a pretty slow crank. I checked the voltage on the battery, and it showed 12.4 volts. I'm not entirely sure of the original voltage of the battery., but it was changed about one and a half years ago, so it's not exactly old. The terminals are clean.
So is 12.4 volts healthy?

Have you had your alternator checked?

Is that as high as it will go?

That's a normal resting voltage. Doesn't mean the battery is good though.

No. There are no real signs that my alternator is bad, other than the battery that might be low on voltage.

Also check your terminals at the alternator and starter, and don't overlook all the grounds. Ground connections are every bit as important as anything.

So if the terminals are dirty, cleaning them would get rid of my problem?

What is the voltage of your battery when your engine is running?

Possibly. Get a wire brush or one of these and clean them up. How old is the battery?

14.9 volts.

Oddly enough our '05 Ody has also been cranking a bit lethargically in the past few days...the battery in it is only about a year old, but I haven't done a voltage check...maybe it's a mid-2000's Honda thing...(you have an Accord coupe, right?)

If they're dirty, it'll definitely cause a problem. It might not be the only problem, but it's a problem.

About two years old.

That's not very old. Your alternator seems to be charging.
Try cleaning up the terminals, see if that helps.
From what you've said so far, the battery is decent, and the alternator is charging.

How low does the voltage drop while cranking? Below about 10ish would indicate a bad battery.
The other test I would do straight away would be to check the amperage draw of the starter while cranking. Most cars will be well below 200Amps. Higher than that could implicate the starter.

The what? (I haven't heard about this thing with ST Fords...)

Those look clean from what I can see without removing them. There may be shit under the clamp.
But don't forget the other ends: the ground strap to the frame, the positive terminal to the starter, etc. Every connection needs to be good: the chain is only as strong as it weakest link.

12.5-13 is normal with the car off, 14.5 - 14.9 is normal with the engine running. Hook up a battery tester and see what kind of current it'll support? Alternately, any place that does fluid changes should be willing to test your battery for you

More important than dirty is tight. The amperage being pulled relies on a physical connection - without it, not enough juice. Not loose, right?

As someone said, doesn't mean the battery is good. I just replaced a 3 year old battery that showed good voltage, charged with a smart charger so that it said "ok, all done" and then wouldn't crank the car. Turns out, the internals to the battery had rotted and couldn't handle the amperage. Just take it out, drive to nearest auto parts store and let them test it (better yet, to the store/chain that sold it to you - got your receipt?) Their testers can tell in seconds if the thing is bad.

I can't go to the place I bought it, because I've since moved from there. It's still got the factory warranty though.

The warranty should carry over - you can go to any parts store to have them test it (nearly all do it for free). That's where I'd start. The voltage may read ok but while cranking it may not be giving it sufficient juice.
