!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , which was cross-posted to Foxtrot Alpha, reminded me of a Discovery or History Channel show I'd watched about large explosions.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
One of the featured incidents was the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! outside of Henderson, NV where a fire involving ammonium perchlorate (used in solid rocket fuel) caused a series of massive explosions and killed two people.
That led me to a fire at a Dallas, TX welding company in which canisters of acetylene started going off like bottle rockets.
Finally, I was reminded of a derailed tanker car full of propane in Murdock, IL, that exploded and sent the car flying more than 3,600 feet.
