Aptly named because this guy crawled out of the wreck and crawled for 3 hours through the snow to get back to a road someone would see him bleeding on.

I'll speculate that he went off the road because his windshield was dirty and he was low on washer, but other than that I got nothing.
...what vehicle has its washer bottle on the left?

I wanna say it's an early 2000s Audi A4.

I thought it was referring to Lewiston, Idaho and was shocked that it wasn't a full size truck or SUV. Maine makes more sense.

I thought 97-02 Accord, with the 4-cyl engine.
Bottle is on the left, lower grille would match and the very small parts of the headlights that we see looks like they are square...

That narrows it down substantially. Looks like an Accord to me. Compare the curve of the fender cutout for the corner turn signal, and the curve of the black plastic in the bumper below the front turn signals.

ok +1 for Accord. I think you may be right, and there are a gazillion of those up here in white

I ended up with "probably Accord of some kind" when all my usual checks on style cues ran dry - other than a passing resemblance to the Passport.

I think all signs point to a turn of the millennium Accord for sure
