I got a car wash today to clean the undercarriage of salt. And I totally forgot how 'blue' my car is. It's usually covered with dirt to some degree. Love or hate the pt, you have to admit, that is a gorgeous blue. Here's a before pic from a few days ago.

It's the perfect grocery car. You can't lose it in the parking lot. I don't bother memorizing landmarks anymore, I just look for the blue, :).

The only downside is that it's easier for cops to spot, especially mine, :).

I should probably get one then, I'm notorious for losing my car in a parking lot.

I really like that blue. However, the car looks much more badass and battle-ready in the second pic.

I live on dirt roads, give it a week. And they just took a plow to the roads, flattening them, and if you drive above 20, the loose dirt will fly all across the car. Just, give it a week, lol.

I'd be happy if all my future cars were non-earth tones, or some outrageous color. Lol

Me? I don't speed! *wife nearby* but if I did, I'd make sure I pull any and all tricks to not get caught. :)

80mph on the motorway is pretty much accepted here so that's as much as I usually do unless I'm overtaking. The girlfriend has gotten used to it now haha.

Blue metallics of all shades real come up fantastic and on a nice day the flakes really pop.

Oh yeah! I go out of my way, every commute home, to travel about 2 miles purely on dirt. I don't have to, I choose to. :)

My w123 Merc is a dark blue, but when its clean and waxed it has a nice brighter blue that comes through. When its dirty its totally gone.

Me as well. I do try to get it under 80 mph, and I stay in the right lane, cops tend to keep an eye on the left lane.
Want I don't do, is slow down if I see a cop. 1, it's quite obvious I was speeding, 2. I know full well that I'm speeding and I'm willing to accept the consequences. It's just that most cops don't care unless you're 10 over, lol.

What I always thought would be cool, is to add small, black accents to it, to contrast the blue. Like instead of chrome (I hate chrome), just have it black. But alas, no $.

Police here very rarely just pull you over since in the UK they rely on cameras. So when you see a police van you get down to the limit, because it could be a camera van parked to catch you out.
If you know where the cameras usually are though (which I do by now) you're fine to speed within reason.

The colour works well even without accents but deleting chrome for black trim means the blue colour really speaks out and shows how amazing it is and takes on a new life with the movement of the light.

The cops here in Michigan I'm still trying to figure out, lol. In Florida they sped all the time. I tailed a couple of them, for kicks. 15+ above the limit. Can I pull them over? :).

My car has no chrome (thankfully), it's just pure blue. But a contrast would be nice. but then again, the blue is amazingly good too, lol.

Yep, owns it, daily drives it, pretends he off-roads with it, and is proud of it.
I can say with 90% certainty, that this is the best pt in the oppo fleet. And the only pt that an oppo is proud to have. \m/
