Anytime I've ever shared a comment it's been removed within an hour. It's not Kinja. (They're often not even my own.. just other stuff I've caught that could easily read as its own piece... oh well)

Some of the people that moderate the comment shares are dicks despite the very clear rules in the Oppo handbook. Usually my shares go over fairly well but this one wasn't showing up within minutes of attempting to reshare.

I personally have no problem with reahare a especially if they are automotive related.

I haven't tried to re-share since Saturday. Is it regular protocol to just email Gawker Help for tech issues?

I guess I was more curious if it was a tech issue or a community guideline change. Since none of the mods have popped in to say that they got rid of comment sharing, I assume that it's still allowed.
