So I am about to (read within the next hour) run out and grab some supplies, including caliper paint for the new toy. I cant figure out what color will look best with this green color. There are also a few minor suspension parts that will get repsrayed. I am between Yellow, Silver, or Red. For dexterity, here is the car.
those wheels will go sooner than later making the calipers visible.

Don't go with red. It doesn't look very nice with green. Either silver or yellow, with silver being preferential. Yellow and green reminds me of John Deere.

Red for the extra HPs.

Yellow, no doubt. With that shade of green, red will make it look like a tacky christmas ornament.

This is just me, I'm not a fan of colored calipers, so I'd paint them black.

If it were British, I might say yellow. But I'd go silver or black, nice & restrained so as not to detract from the bodywork.

silver with anything is complimentary and classy. red or yellow are almost too much and might distract from the rest instead of enhancing.

I think you have to pick the new rims first and see what color would compliment them. If you must paint them now, a Fiat would look best with white IMHO

While I like colored calipers, I would not use anything but black with this car. It just suits it, especially with those bumpers.
Yellow will make it too John Deere. Red makes it Christmas, Silver is just too bright.

Gold or bronze.
Not bright yellow, it will look like a John Deere.
Not red, it will look like a christmas tree.
Silver, or by extension grey or black will make them disappear, or blend with the wheel in silver's case.
You wouldn't be asking us this question, if you wanted them to disappear.
If you are talking about painting suspension parts aside from brake caliper over-spray, I would suggest silver or iron grey on those for a clean, but stock-like look.

Any chance of a pre-73 bumper conversion? Any classic car of that era deserves to be back-dated that way.

Gold, silver, or black. The car is bright enough as it is, so having calipers that "pop" out with a contrasting color probably won't look as good as something more neutral.

I'm going for the Abarth style bumper conversion.
Just a couple of nubs . also, probably fender flares. and I like the color of the one you posted.

I might take the hue a tad darker when I fix the dents and dings on it. I like the green, but I would love it to be more of a BRG.

That looks cool.
124 Abarths had IRS or DeDion rear axle conversions, didn't they? I thought I read that, but I might be mistaken.
Some Cobra-like jacking/towing point brackets, or whatever they call those, would be cool...

How about silver calipers with red trim?

Yeah, but yellow will turn it into an Italian John Deere.

Fair enough. A few people suggested gold after I commented this and I think I like that better.

That would go better.
