Kinja'd!!!

We just ordered nearly all of my the rest of my suspension components I needed!

That list includes:

Front left and right struts

Front strut mounts

Rear shock mounts

Front and rear mount reinforcement plates

Rear shock dust guards

Front struts bump stops

A few other small odds and ends

We're going to order me new springs too eventually, but mine I have right now should be okay for a while longer.

The car should be riding as smooth as ever a week or two from now. After this round of parts all I "need" are the lower windshield cowl, a radio, and a bottle of touch up paint, hood struts, and I'll be happy.

Are the reinforcements for the subframe or the shock towers?

Shock towers, don't need tearing sheet metal!

Yeah thats a failure point on my car as well, debating whether I want to go with camber plates or the reinforcements when I do my suspension refresh.

E46s have subframe issues, even on M3s, but e36 M3s have the subframe reinforcement plates already and do not need preventative maintenance. Usually.
