I watch a lot of British TV and my neighbor is British (and loves to drink heavily; have you ever tried to decipher what a drunk Brit is saying?), so I thought I had a pretty good handle on their use of the language. But after reading these two tweets I haven't a clue if this guy (whoever he is) supports Clarkson or not.

Then why does he not want him shot? Or does he? I assumed "bang out of order" would mean he is opposed to Clarkson's summary execution.
