Let's ignore the Anti-freeze part of this tweet. What does freezing things have to do with Mondays anyways?

"Brrr! It feels like Monday out here!"

There are so many layers to the wrongness of this statement, I want to dip a corn chip in it.

Sometimes I pour just a lil anti freeze in my washer fluid. The way to cavalier hoses are designed someone clearly didn't have cold weather in mind. The sprayers are connected to the wiper arms not the hood.

The best part is his response to someone calling him out on using anti-freeze as pisser fluid..

Not sure that's a good idea mate, some anti freeze contains propylene glycol.. VERY corrosive stuff, not good for paint and such. I just add a dollop of pure alcohol myself.

Aight, I will make the swap. We are past the point where it matters for this year (High temp 2C!!) but I will keep that in mind for next year. Do you use rubbing alcohol or some type of hard liquor?

Rubbing alcohol or moonshine :P Whatever I can get my hands on. I just make sure it's 90% or more (I guess that's 180 proof in America).

Rubbing alcohol is cheaper so I will probably use that. Thank you for this tip!!

This is why they make -32F Windsheild Washer cleaner.

If it's colder than that, add some rubbing alcohol. Come on now...

I'll second the comment about the washer fluid nozzles being mounted to the wiper arms. That, and the wiper arms don't totally fold away from the windshield. Pure stupidity.

If you put the sprayers on the hood like my 87 corolla had, the engine keeps the fluid warm. I assume GM did this so they could use rubber hoses instead of metal. I hate them for this.

You know it's Monday when you accidentally put anti-freeze in your washer fluid reservoir.
