Kinja'd!!!

So, three weeks on and some change from getting thrown from my scooter, and it turns out, I was wrong about the number of screws in my leg. My leg is now better put together than an old British car. I have 3 more weeks of no driving, no walking, and no real movement. At least I have racing to watch, and red bull TV series to binge on. That and dreaming of driving again. I want nothing more than to carve the roads of austin. The scooter has returned with my dad, because he wants to commute on in while I recover. That and I am still in the process 0f buying a new car. A car that will sit, but better to have it for when I get ready.

"My leg is now better put together than an old British car."

It was still put together better than an old British car whenever it was broken, too. Lol

All joking aside, hope your recovery continues smoothly and you'll be back on the streets sooner than later!

Those actually are nice colors. I now wonder what mine looks like. But they say mine will stay in unless they start hampering movement later in life.

They told me the same thing. But 3 years in, they started to become quite bothersome.

With the plate right on the edge of your tibia, the same thing might happen to you. But maybe not. Just a heads up.

He wants to see me in a year to clear it up. (After one more checkup to get the okay to walk and stuff)

Dang, you're walking in only a month?

That's good to get moving right away. I had some complications, so I couldn't do that. Never regained 100% of my range of motion as a result.

I never want to have screws in me.

Oh I mean, 3 more weeks. I've been off for 3 weeks. I am 19, and fit, so they think I should have full movement back
