It's the Crew Emblem. You can get your Crew Emblem tattooed on your left arm and/or your chest. When you change active crews (or your crew changes its emblem), it changes to match. Same goes for the hood decal on my Merryweather Mesa pictured.

Someone was awesome enough to create (upload?) this perfect Oppo logo for the Grand Theft Oppo crew.

Yep. The latest announcement/delay is that Heists will be on all platforms Tuesday, and the PC release is delayed for the third time until, uhh, IDK sometime later April 14 ;(

Heeeeelll yeah. Hope that Rockstar doesn't try and stifle it this time around. GTA IV was a really fun game to mod to the point of no return and that's how it never got boring. Too bad it wasn't really stable, no matter how powerful your PC was.

Yeah, I remember being frustrated at that. I just learned that GT6 upped it to 50 million, I think in an update.

Yeah, I hope so too. I began making police car skins for V before it was even confirmed to be set in SA.

But I'm also realistic. GTA Online is much bigger than IV's multiplayer. Hacky mods would wreak havoc on it.

I used to make skins for GTA IV, but haven't really been around much. I'd like to buy Zmodeler and get into making cars though.

GTA 4 Multiplayer was kinda horrible. Simple Native Trainer+me=unfairness. I'd hope they somehow manage to block mods or something online. Especially after that money gifting thing and countless other exploits.

I mainly did Police skins. Not too many that I bothered to upload to LCPDFR. Here's the first screenshot I could find. Haven't really bothered to do much in a while though.

What was your username? I might recognize you.

I do know that this guy used to make mods for GTA 4 a while back.

Cool! I also go by lonestranger on GPM, LCPDFR, GTA Forums, or most places other than this . I mainly made police, fire, & EMS skins from Canadian agencies.

Damn, that's some nice work right there! Like those skins a lot, the RCMP stuff is great.

Once I buy Zmodeler, I'm going to try and import some stuff from Sketchup and try to piece some stuff together. The only thing with skins is how long they took for me to make.

Oh, and same about Schaefft. I recognized the name from Gta 4 Mods and another place and then slowly pieced together that it was the same person, haha.
