Anyone heard of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ?

I've got a non-car friend on Facebook who posted something asking about them. I haven't heard of them, but apparrently they're supposed to be fairly well known...

I've not heard of them, just know my local VW companies and VW Paradise in Cali... Local being NuVintage and Painters grinding.

Thanks. I was really just looking to see if people have heard of them.

My friend spoke with them yesterday about their marketing presence, so this is more of research to help her for work; not anything actually automotive related.
