Very very rarely does WVU cancel classes. Downside is that I won't be working today since the catering company is school run. Which means I can't save more money for car parts. MECA NEEDS A NEW SOFT TOP DAMN IT

The morning radio show I was listening to earlier was talking about WVU being closed, and how uncommon that is. I'm about an hour away from there, and everything is closed around here too, even though we didn't get hit especially hard.

Just guessing there is at least 6in on the ground, most likely more and its still coming down. Last year they made the mistake and didn't close when we had a similar amount. They were lucky nobody got hurt. The buses were sliding backwards down the roads.

There was already a couple inches of unmelted snow here, and there's maybe 2-3" of fresh powder at this point. Depending on the track of the storm and the mountains, we may or may not get a decent amount more.
Be careful driving. I heard that 70, and especially the Cheat Lake area were both a bit rough earlier this morning.

I'm not driving anywhere. The snow will have melted way before the town gets to plowing all of it. Plus the tires on my parent's Civic make driving in the snow unnnnpossible.

Ah ok. Gotcha. I have to go to Morgantown next week. Should be fine by then, I would hope.
