Today is hump day! So git a' humpin!

Also, the last two days at work have been crazy stupid bad, but today that turns around. So I'm in good spirits today.

How is everyone else on this fine morning?

I don't know why your comment made me think of this, but thanks. I haven't heard this song in a while.

WTF is a "hump day"? Not familiar with that colloquialism I'm afraid.

Hump in this case meaning in the same sense as a camel's hump - a high point rising up. In the case of Wednesday, the middle of the week being a landmark - much work to get "up" to the middle of the week, and things falling off afterward. Like a long-distance truck driver crossing the mountains. "Over the hump" being a phrase used in such a situation.

Ahh, makes sense. Thanks mate. I know the expression "over the hump" but never heard about hump day.

Over the hump and hump day are one and the same.

Yeah, I figured :) Never heard that expression, that's all. Non native speaker here.
