Seriously it was the last thing I expected. The cop could've just used the PA to tell them to move over but decided to really get them out the way.

Lol he really drove it home, he could've just told them to move on the PA. IMO he missed out on a teaching moment he should've told the driver the passing lane is not for cruising under the limit.
