I really started liking the facelifted S124 Wagon, and they can be had for around !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! in E320 guise. The interior is the best part - so classic and neat.

I'm in the US right now but will be going back to Deutschland in 2 months. Which is why I obviously have been browsing mobile.de waaaaay too often.
