RHD '68 Charger? That's pretty weird. There's at least one other in UK but it's heavily customized everywhere. This seems to be fairly original.

My favorite F-car, too. Well, in red, but F355 Berlinetta... Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I'd have to choose the 348 over the 355 for myself because I love the rear fascia on it, but there is no doubt that the F355 is a superior achievement and is so very, very good.
BaconSandwich is tasty.

A fan of the 348 here as well. Do you like the rear better with the standard lights/grille or the Serie Speciale with the exposed lights?

The standard. Something about tail-lights behind grilles just does it for me. I liked the lights on late-model Firebirds for much the same reason, that look is sick.
That grille across the tails also ties the car together extremely well, matching the strakes along the sides of the 348.
Note, if you get a 348, it has to be an early one with the black plastic bits on the underside rather than the body colored. The contrast is key, just like with the TestaRossa.

I completely agree with you on the black trim. I like either or on the 348, but I hate it when I see Testarossas with their front chin spoiler painted to match the body; it just looks so horribly off and almost makes it look a bit "kit car"-ish. It really ruins the beauty of the car and throws the design off balance.

Yeah, that's what I always thought, too. To be clear, though, they were not painted by the owners, that was just Ferrari moving into the '90s. Everybody was ditching chrome and black plastic/rubber in the '90s for body-color pieces instead. Contrast and sharp angles were out, jelly bean and homogeneous color were in.
It was a bit silly, because those black rub strips can't do their jobs if they are body color. Having to repaint your rub strip sort of beats the point of a rub strip, no?
