For those that do not know, Sheetz is a convenience store/gas station based out of PA, with lots of locations within that state, MD, WV, and extending at least as far south as the Carolinas.

They specialize in what is known as MTOs, or Made-to-Order food, where you order food and drinks through a big touchscreen display. What I love most is their sense of humor with their items.

For example, one of their breakfast sandwiches is known as the Walker Breakfast Ranger. They had a sandwich for a while called "Crispy Frickin' Chicken", but had to remove it due to controversy.

It extends to their merchandise as well. Here's one of their shirts.

You're not going to associate "Sheetz" with that abbreviation. They also had one awhile back with a picture of the order screen with the text "TOUCH ME". They're wildly innuendo-filled and inappropriate, but hilarious, and their food, despite having a lot of drunk-food items, is normally pretty good, and fairly customizable. Yes! Sheetz is fantastic, but I always end up or ding wayyy too much food because there's so many options

I know when I first went up north to Sheetz Country, I was amazed. Nothing like that existed down South at the time. Now? Spinx and QT are fighting hard to one-up eachother at out-Sheetz-ing Sheetz, lol.

You have a good point. But their fries are super greasy, and while they're delicious, alcohol improves them. Super unhealthy though. Chicken strips there are the bomb though. But, they stopped selling Jones soda at the one here, which makes me mad.

Aw man, Jones Soda is great! Love my fufuberry. I cannot tell you how much I miss some greasy fries and chicken strips here in France haha.

I had the pleasure of visiting one of these at 3am, halfway through a 12 hour school bus drive home through Pennsylvania. It was with marching band and the 20ish out of 60 of us that were up, in the station with the director and a couple parents, found the merchandise and fucking lost it. Imagine 20 14-18 year olds just laughing at all the merch, the poor employees were kind of freaked out and the parents ignored us. We then bought energy drinks and various foodstuffs, because dumbass teenagers. The food was pretty decent from what I remember. After we left, the director decided that we weren't allowed to go to Sheetz again.

Moral of the story: Band kids are legitimately insane.

Grew up in Pittsburgh and moved to Texas 7 years ago. The only things I really miss are Penguins games and Sheetz.

I have a severely unhealthy(mentally and physically) relationship with Sheetz. Whenever I travel out of Jersey, I always stop at one. MTO and Coffee in a Can FTW!
