If only I knew where and when that is on American TV... This is what Top Gear used to be- it's actually the continuation of the old 70's-80's-90's series, and I like the fact that it continues to be a trustworthy and serious motoring show (that has Tiff Needell and Chris Harris! Yay!). I still prefer Top Gear as a TV show, but Fifth Gear is more serious as a reviewer, even if those reviews are a bit less exciting.

Awesome, should be great. I've always liked Fifth Gear. While Top Gear went off the deep end, and less than 1/4 of most episodes is actual "review" type coverage of cars, Fifth Gear has generally remained informative while also being entertaining. Would be great to see Chris Harris regularly on the show too.

Glad to see Tiff and Vicky still in the scene, loved them way back in the day on the early Top Gear episodes when I was a kid.

Now if there was a way to actually watch Fifth Gear easier here in the US, without having cable (not sure if its even on any cable package to start with?).

while i appreciate the approach 5th gear has remained with, while topgear seemed to have jumped the shark, tiff and vicky are just godawful boring to listen to.

There is a YouTube channel that posts the latest episodes about a day or two after it's been broadcast. I'm not sure if the uploader is going to do it for the new season though.

Nice to see Chris Harris on there, he'd be a fun counter to Tiff.

Too bad they kept Johnnie. He's annoying.
