NP. I mean, all old Alfas are total CP if you look at it objectively, but that's NP all the way.

If you don't you'll regret it for the rest of your life.

However, I did just happen to get my Christmas bonus, which is more than this Milano is priced at.
But it's in CA and I'm in GA. No, I'm not driving a 28 year old Alfa across the US.

You and me both. I've been waiting for the right one to come along for a long time, but they're a little more expensive over here than they are in the States.

That's a $2500 car at best, but hard to go wrong.

I'd be cautious. The transmission and clutch are at the back of the car. The "driveshaft" (torque tube I think they call it) on these cars has to be balanced as it runs between the engine and trans.
There were two clutches as well. A dual disc version (don't ask me why they thought it was necessary) and a single disc. If you can find a place to rebuilt the clutch internals for you, this could be a NP. But if the clutch is too far gone....a 3 pc clutch kit can run $700+.
The engine rocks and when they are running (especially the 3.0 version) they are ALL THAT.

If I go look at it, I'd hope to offer that or less, as I'm sure it needs a timing belt at least, having sat.

Oh yeah, I've been familiarizing myself with these and GTV6s over the last year or so since I got the bug for one. I've driven a couple. They just did the clutch and some other stuff on this one, that's one big reason why I'm thinking about it. Might try to blast up to Monterey this weekend to have a look.

I had an Alfetta. When running right it was a brutal car. First I car I ever drove that made me aware of driving skill. Alfas are wonderful dance partners.
