Meanwhile, Porsche just goes "meh".

To be fair Ferrari has been known to send cheater cars to press.

Don't see the episode yet but I think when manufacturer lend you its supercar I'm pretty sure a team of technicians and engineers come with it. So Ferrari probably ship an other car and all Maranello staff, McLaren a bunch of engineers and for Porsche only 1 guy with a Porsche jacket (because they are confident, they have ze better car).

they discuss that in the episode.
potential spoilers:
McLaren will only agree to the race if they're all 'as delivered to the customer' so no sticky tires and a team of engineers. Ferrari will only do it if they can bring a support team, and Porsche are open to the idea because they have nothing to lose. Ferrari have also put the word out banning their customers from lending a car to TG.

I just saw the episode. As much as I like Ferrari, they're acting like perfect asshole (but they do it because they can). Anyway, what a car, especially how light it is despite it has a massive V12 and hybrid system.

Ferrari have the most to lose, I think McLaren could still save face if they're 2nd best because the car is 8/10 the price and they have the P1 GTR which is even faster.
I wasn't a fan of LaFerrari in all the press shots, it looks much better moving about.

Who'd have figured the Germans would be the most laid back of them all?

The performance of these supercars can't be sum up to just a time lap of TG Test Track. And if they do, the fastest will (always?) be the car with the better tires.
Totally agree with you for LaFerrari, I saw it on the Hunaudières straight line in Le Mans, it was impressive (despite being not impressed by the press shots and a static LaFerrari in Geneva Auto Salon).
