The ones here in Brazil all have this interior with the round gearbox design. However I can't for the life of me find a similar model in any US used car site, there is no 2007 6 cylinder, and the shift knob and design is different, just like the one on my Tribeca. What is the difference?

I spy paddle shifter and nicer pedals. That might be the biggest difference.

No, they are all LHD but that is the only good picture I could find.

Ok. Got it. Honestly, I prefer the look of your shifter over the usdm shifter.
