I assume yer younger, since oldsters can't do this anymore. I remember doing shit like this, and the one thing that stuck in my mind was: When you start being able to sleep again, follow the body. It knows what it needs. If you feel tired, sleep. If hungry, eat. Don't let externals mess with you you, because it needs to recover. And drink lotsa water.
Or not. I'm here commenting having violated every principle I just espoused. But I think it would have been better to do that instead of living with 24/7 jet lag like symptoms for a week.
