Unloading's easy. Tie it to something in the shop and drive away.

Got a tree? Or bolt some handles to it.
You might even be able to slide it off of the back of the truck on a board.

set the motor on a sheet of cardboard, open the tailgate, reverse really fast then stomp on the brakes.
