The 51 is a great example of how much variation coachbuilders could express using the exact same car.

At the heart of this car was one of the all time most beautiful engine compartments ever.

This supercharged 2.8 litre dual overhead cam straight eight produced a not-at-all-shabby-for-1931 180 horsepower. Add to that an interior that looks like a steampunk design exercise from Rinspeed and you have a core vehicle that was utterly suitable for racing and road use.

Right, I had a die-cast model of this when I was a kid, I have always loved the styling.

I have no clue how Bugatti went from that to the smushed turd that is the veyron.

its in the rule book i think. i'm not 100% what has to be done. maybe message one of the mods. search for the rules.
