Volvo V60. Those seats are just so damn comfortable. I'm trying to convince my mom to get one to replace her 2010 Lexus RX.

Yeah, I was expecting people to not take me seriously, but it will always be my favorite. I miss mine. I couldn't kill it, and I tried to. It wasn't until after I got rid of it that I found out how Hyundai did QC for these. They would take the engine and run it at WOT against the rev limiter for something like two weeks straight. They figured that if it was a bad engine, it would break there. Probably would never have bought one if we knew, but they were clearly on to something.

The 328i Touring doesnt look too shabby.

The problem with the V60 is that the cargo area is extremely small, that's why I'm hesitant to call it a wagon. Wagons are supposed to be practical and this car isn't. I think it's more of a sportback kind of car.

Current models? Volvo V60, Audi Allroad, Mercedes E63 AMG estate, BMW 3-Series wagon, Ford Flex.

V70/XC70 fixes that problem. Also, I wouldn't call Mazda 5 or XC60 wagon either.

Oldsmobile B-Body is best B-body.
That said, wagons are about on par with minivans and crossovers for me.

LoL great to see the "non wagons" listed above as wagons. Here's two I used to own:
1990 V6 Camry Wagon
2001 Matrix XRS with lowering kit.
But I have to say, of all the new "wagons", I think the Audi Allroad and Q5 are two of the better. The Q5 in particular looks good with a lowering kit:
But more than anything, Cadillac really got it right with the CTS-V Wagon:
Too bad everyone wants their "SUV" to ride 8 inches off the ground... they're all car-based wagons at heart; just with the springs of a lifted van for no conceivable reason.

Also they look good as a Fastback
Well the 1973 one does...

Nice! I wish that mine was a manual. The chassis characteristics were actually really good on dirt. I never had a problem with understeer when on the soft stuff in this car. Just lift off and the thing turns in.

That Kia is a real beauty

The X1 is a small crossover.
The Outback is a wagon in SUV/crossover drag with extra body cladding, raised suspension, and trucky tires.
The 5 is a mini-minivan.
The XC60 is a midsize crossover.

This one was a unicorn - SW2 5-speed manual! Best of all, it was $400. I was shopping for a Miata hardtop and bought an entire car much cheaper.

Yeah, well, the V70 did a good modern interpretation of it without becoming the slave to style that the XC60 and V60 are...
