That joy when you buy a new king sized bed and it isn't $2000. Out the door at Costco for under $700. Sometimes life is about the small things.

Does it come with those anti-tip furniture fasteners like everything else they sell?

they are having an "event" through the 22nd I think. Best price by far. We spent a good part of the day "testing" beds and this was one of the more comfortable ones we tried and it was $450 less than the nearest competitor. We ended up with the Sealy Posturepedic Newfield. It was $100 less to pick it up at the store and haul it home than have it delivered. Also, Costco's bring it back if you don't like it warranty does apply.

I hope it's a good bed. We spent a bit over $1000 a few years ago on a king set and it was/is the best money I've every spent.

hard bed fan or soft? Our current bed is rock hard (I like it) but it gives my wife back aches. It would probably be a queen bed too, instead of king (same frame)

we like firm. The one is one step down from rock hard.

in any case, worth looking into since her birthday is this week and my original plan (gym membership...trust me, NOT offensive) fell through due to gyms being stupidly expensive.

yeah, king for the win. We are firm believers in King beds. We had our old set for 12 years. Fingers crossed with this one. The good thing is if we don't like it after a year or two we can take it back no questions asked. Gotta love Costco for that.

Do you have an aquatic center near by? Might be a good alternative to a gym.

I picked up a queen there once. Somehow I don't think we are tlaking about the same thing. Is a King like a Bear?

If not, then nevermind....
