I remember a very similar build from the early days of Car Domain (say 2007 or so) although it was yellow, and I think he was using a 360's bumper, not the 430's.

Also, this is NOT a hardtop car. I don't know how you came to this conclusion, but it is clearly a convertible. All of the air ride gear is in the trunk where the top would normally stow away to.
