I hear you. Anyone damage my car and I will pull them round the streets of my city with one of their feet tied to the towing eye on the rear of my car as an example to others of what will happen should they do the same.

Don't worry so much. Citroëns should be able withstand some bumper pushing as making some room by pushing the neighboring cars while parking is pretty common in its home country.
