The pacing is slow - you don't even see her hair until Act 2. But the payoff is really something. Keeping in mind that Vermeer painted ... maybe 26 paintings in his entire life, so this interpretation is entirely plausible.

I disagree. while Scarlett Johansson is a very beautiful woman, she left me for that Ryan Reynolds prick. Katrina Bowden is prettier, even if I am no longer in a position to act on such desires.
